POWER OF ACTION

ACTION is the bridge between your inner world and the outer world.

What usually holds people back from taking action is fear.

Definition of Fear: Anticipation of pain

The mind’s job is protection. Its primary role is survival.

The mind is like a sentry on a ship. Its job is to be the lookout and warn you of danger. The mind is constantly scanning for what is wrong and what could go wrong in any situation.

The mind’s favorite phrase is “WHAT IF”.

“I have a thousands of problems, most of which never happened.” – Mark Twain

The secret to freedom is to realize that you don’t have to believe your mind.

You can simply observe your mind and say, “Thank you for sharing and take necessary actions to grow and succeed”

The true warrior can tame the cobra of fear.

The secret to success is to learn to act spite of fear.

“Feel the fear and do it anyway” – Susan Jeffers

Successful people have fear they just don’t let it stop them.
